Payment Policy
For Treks
- One can book their trek at just ₹ 2000/person.
- For Kashmir Great Lakes Trek, Tarsar Marsar, Gaumukh Tapovan, Sandakphu, Bali Pass and Rupin Pass Booking amount is Rs. 4000/person.
- The remaining amount has to be paid on arrival/Day of commencement of the trip. In failing to do so TheSearchingSouls holds the rights to Cancel the trek/tour
- The payment can either be made in cash (need prior approval from the team) or through an electronic transfer NEFT/IMPS/BHIM/TEZ etc. Credit card and debit card are also accepted.
- The percentage of amount to be refunded in case of cancellation is mentioned in cancellation policy

For Tour Packages/Customized Groups/Char Dham Yatra
- The total amount is Payable on the day of start of trip and before commencement. We shall accept no payment request partial payments after the trip is started
- One must transfer at least 30% of the total cost to confirm. If the time of booking is less than a week from the day of commencement of the trip, full amount is payable.
- The remaining amount has to be paid on arrival/Day of commencement of the trip. In failing to do so TheSearchingSouls holds the right to Cancel the tour
- The payment can either be made in cash (need prior approval from the team) or through an electronic transfer NEFT/IMPS/BHIM/TEZ etc.
- The percentage of amount to be refunded in case of cancellation is mentioned in cancellation policy

As we operate in remote areas there is no or less internet connectivity on your day of arrival to the base village. If you are planning to pay the balance amount by NEFT/IMPS/BHIM/TEZ etc kindly make the transfer on your arrival at Haridwar. After crossing Haridwar the internet signals are generally intermittent. TheSearchingSouls reserves the right to cancel the trip without refunding the initial payment if the full payment is not made on the day of arrival.
